Supply chain management has become increasingly significant as firms strategically compete in the global marketplace. ECU students with a BSBA in supply chain management have gone on to successful and high-paying careers. With a focus on the efficient movement of goods and services, supply chain management is a dynamic field of business that requires strategic thinking and strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
The BSBA in supply chain management at ECU provides students with the knowledge needed to coordinate procurement, direct advanced logistics networks, optimize inventory systems, and manage complex global supply chains to ensure the uninterrupted flow of products and services from suppliers to customers.
ECU graduates are working in the industry with careers in logistics management, operations planning, procurement, distribution, inventory control, transportation management, supply chain analysis, and global supply chain coordination.

The Supply Chain Management, BSBA develops business professionals who efficiently and effectively manage supply chain activities and resources to maximize customer value and achieve competitive advantage. The Supply Chain Management, BSBA focuses on sourcing of supply, management of materials and operations, and origin-to-destination logistics of products and services. Supply chain management also involves the study of global supply chain strategy and relationship management among members of a supply chain. Graduates pursue career choices in purchasing, inventory, materials management, operations, quality, project management, logistics, supply chain analytics, and global supply chain management.
